The accommodation
Our spacious 120 m² (1,290 sq ft) apartment provides plenty of room to relax in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The bright, comfortable guest rooms are designed to help you feel at home. Every guest receives a private key to both their room and the apartment, allowing you to come and go whenever you like.
The following shared areas are available to all guests:
During the warmer months, the balcony is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast, sip your morning coffee, or relax with a glass of local Italian wine while taking in the peaceful scenery.
During the summer months, guests may also use the swimming pool at the La Pace Bar & Restaurant upon request. Pool access fees must be requested and paid directly on site.

Free private parking is available directly on the property.
The living room, kitchen, main bathroom, separate restroom, and balcony are shared with other guests staying at the Bed & Breakfast.
With your own keys to both the apartment and your room, you'll enjoy complete freedom throughout your stay.

Other Things to Note
Just a short walk from the property you'll find a traditional Italian café, where you can enjoy freshly made cappuccino and cornetti (Italian croissants) in the morning. Throughout the day, the café also offers fresh bread, local cheeses, cured meats, fruit, vegetables, beverages, and other everyday essentials—perfect for preparing breakfast or a light meal.
Pets are welcome by prior arrangement.

At the same time, many of the region's most popular attractions are just a short drive away. Visit the famous thermal spa town of Fiuggi, explore the medieval city of Anagni, enjoy a fun-filled day at Rainbow MagicLand in Valmontone, or discover the picturesque villages and vineyards of the Castelli Romani.
Within easy walking distance, you'll find a traditional Italian café where you can enjoy freshly brewed cappuccino and warm cornetti in the morning. The café also offers fresh bread, local cheeses, cured meats, fruit, vegetables, beverages, and other everyday essentials—perfect for breakfast or a light meal. Additional restaurants, shops, and local services are available in the center of Serrone.
Thanks to its elevated hillside location, the area enjoys pleasantly cool summer evenings, breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, and the peaceful atmosphere of an authentic Italian village.
