Caselumpix – Preise und Bedingungen
Caselumpix ist eine reine Vermittlungsplattform mit Sitz in Italien. Wir erheben keine Provisionen auf abgeschlossene Miet-, Kauf- oder Ferienverträge. Es gelten ausschließlich die unten aufgeführten Gebühren.
Alle Preise sind Endpreise. Aufgrund der für uns geltenden italienischen Steuerregelung wird auf unseren Rechnungen keine Mehrwertsteuer (IVA/VAT) ausgewiesen.
Leistungsumfang
- Freischaltung nach Zahlungseingang.
- Erweiterungspakete können ausschließlich in Verbindung mit einem aktiven Starterpaket gebucht werden und sind nicht separat erhältlich.
- Jedes Erweiterungspaket erhöht die Anzahl der gleichzeitig veröffentlichbaren Ferienobjekte.
- Das Abonnement läuft ohne feste Laufzeit und bleibt aktiv, solange die monatlichen Gebühren bezahlt werden.
- Zur Erhöhung Ihres Objektkontingents können mehrere Erweiterungspakete beliebig miteinander kombiniert und jederzeit hinzugebucht werden.
- Erweiterungspakete können jederzeit gekündigt werden und bleiben bis zum Ende des bereits bezahlten Abrechnungszeitraums aktiv.
- Ferienobjekte können jederzeit deaktiviert und später mit allen gespeicherten Daten und Bildern wieder aktiviert werden, sofern ein freier Objektplatz innerhalb des gebuchten Kontingents verfügbar ist.

Caselumpix is an online property listing platform based in Italy. We charge no commission on completed rental, sale or holiday rental agreements. Only the fees listed below apply.
All prices are final prices. Under the Italian tax regime applicable to our business, VAT (IVA/VAT) is not shown on our invoices.
Services Included
- Your listing will be activated after payment has been received.
- Expansion Packages can only be purchased together with an active Starter Package and are not available separately.
- Each Expansion Package increases the number of holiday rental properties that can be published simultaneously.
- Your subscription has no fixed contract term and remains active as long as the monthly subscription fee is paid.
- To increase your property allowance, multiple Expansion Packages can be combined and added at any time.
- Expansion Packages can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.
- Holiday rental properties can be deactivated at any time and later reactivated with all saved information and images, provided a property slot is available within your purchased allowance.

Servizi inclusi
- L'annuncio viene pubblicato dopo la ricezione del pagamento.
- I Pacchetti di Espansione possono essere acquistati esclusivamente insieme a un Pacchetto Starter attivo e non sono disponibili separatamente.
- Ogni Pacchetto di Espansione aumenta il numero di immobili per affitti turistici pubblicabili contemporaneamente.
- L'abbonamento non prevede una durata minima e rimane attivo finché viene pagato il canone mensile.
- Per aumentare il numero di immobili disponibili, è possibile combinare liberamente più Pacchetti di Espansione e acquistarli in qualsiasi momento.
- I Pacchetti di Espansione possono essere disdetti in qualsiasi momento e rimangono attivi fino alla scadenza del periodo di fatturazione già pagato.
- Gli immobili destinati agli affitti turistici possono essere disattivati in qualsiasi momento e successivamente riattivati con tutti i dati e le immagini già salvati, purché sia disponibile uno spazio libero nel contingente acquistato.
