- Pausierte Anzeigen werden nicht berechnet und zählen bei Gewerbe nicht als „aktiv“.
- Änderungen (Preis, Text, Bilder, Ausstattung) sind jederzeit kostenfrei.

Private prices include VAT (IVA). Business prices are net, plus VAT.

- Sales & rentals: no fixed duration; after 6 months we request a status update.
- Holiday lets: billed monthly, can be paused or terminated at any time.
- Paused listings are not billed and do not count as active for business accounts.
- Changes (price, text, photos, features) are always possible and free of charge.

- Account & eligibility: Adults and legal entities only; details must be accurate and updated. Business users provide company data and EU VAT ID where applicable.
- Listings & obligations: Advertiser is solely responsible for accuracy, lawfulness and completeness; upload only content with proper rights; no misleading, unlawful or spam content. Caselumpix may review, refuse, suspend or remove content.
- Durations, changes, pausing: Sale & rent without fixed term; status request after 6 months. Holiday lets billed monthly; pausing/termination anytime. Changes are free of charge.
- Fees & taxes: As per Pricing page only; private prices incl. VAT, business prices excl. VAT; reverse charge with valid EU VAT ID; no pro-rata refunds for started months.
- Communication: Directly between advertiser and interested party; no guarantee of reachability or response times.
- Content rights & licence: Non-exclusive worldwide royalty-free licence to display, promote and technically adapt content until deletion; backups may persist.
- Liability & availability: No liability for advertiser info, availability or success; for slight negligence only for cardinal duties and limited to typical foreseeable damage; maintenance/short outages possible.
