Caselumpix – Prices and Terms

Caselumpix is an Italian listing platform. We charge no commissions on completed sales, rentals or holiday contracts. Only the fees listed below apply.

Private prices include VAT (IVA). Business prices are net, plus VAT.

Included Services

  • Publication after receipt of payment.
  • Sales & rentals: no fixed duration; after 6 months we request a status update (keep active / deactivate / delete).
  • Holiday lets: billed monthly, can be paused or terminated at any time.
  • Paused listings are not billed and do not count as “active” for business accounts.
  • Changes (price, text, photos, features) are always possible and free of charge.

  • By publishing a listing you accept our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Terms of Use

Role of Caselumpix: Italian online platform for property listings (sale, rent, holiday). No contract brokering, no bookings, no escrow.

  1. Account & eligibility: Adults and legal entities only; details must be accurate and updated. Business users provide company data and EU VAT ID where applicable.
  2. Listings & obligations: Advertiser is solely responsible for accuracy, lawfulness and completeness (incl. CIN/registration for holiday lets and local compliance); upload only content with proper rights; no misleading/unlawful/discriminatory content or spam. Caselumpix may review, refuse, suspend or remove content.
  3. Durations, changes, pausing: Sale & rent without fixed term; status request after 6 months. Holiday lets billed monthly; pausing/termination anytime. Changes (price/text/photos/features) are free of charge.
  4. Fees & taxes: As per Pricing page only; private prices incl. VAT (IVA), business prices excl. VAT; reverse charge with valid EU VAT ID; no pro-rata refunds for started months; pausing applies to future periods.
  5. Communication: Directly between advertiser and interested party; no guarantee of reachability or response times.
  6. Content rights & licence: Non-exclusive worldwide royalty-free licence to display, promote and technically adapt content until deletion; backups may persist.
  7. Liability & availability: No liability for advertiser info/availability/success; for slight negligence only for cardinal duties and limited to typical foreseeable damage; maintenance/short outages possible.
  8. Notice & Takedown: Report to info@mondig.it, mondig@pec.it with link and reason.
  9. Privacy: As per our Privacy Policy (GDPR). No marketing use without consent.
  10. Termination/Suspension: Account deletion on request; suspension/termination in case of violations.
  11. Consumer withdrawal (B2C): 14 days; lapses if immediate activation requested and service fully performed. Send to info@mondig.it, mondig@pec.it.
  12. Law & venue: Italian law; business venue: seat of Caselumpix; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
  13. Changes: Advance notice for material changes; continued use equals acceptance.

Guide: sign up & post a listing (EN)

  1. Register/Log in: Click Register (or Log in) in the portal header. Enter first & last name, email/PEC, address; optional company & EU VAT ID. Important: use your first/last name exactly as in your account. Accept Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
  2. Open the form: When logged in, click “Place an ad”. A new window with the submission form will open.
  3. Complete & submit:
    • Fill in all relevant fields. Relevant data left blank will not be displayed publicly.
    • Images: .jpg/.png, at least 1000×1000 px, 72 dpi, landscape where possible, sharp and well-lit.
    • Image rights/Credit (required): Business: logos/watermarks allowed if the subject remains clearly visible. If no logo/watermark, you must name the rights holder — applies to private users as well (“Photo: Mario Rossi” / “© XYZ Agency” / “© Advertiser”).
  4. Invoice & activation: Invoice by email, payment due in 5 days. After receipt, publication within 5 days max. For sale/rent no fixed term; status request after 6 months.
  5. Withdrawal/service start: With immediate processing/activation, the 14-day withdrawal right expires upon start of performance.
  6. Changes: Free of charge via email to info@mondig.it (subject: “Listing change + object number”).
  7. Data retention (Italy): Invoices/accounting 10 years (Art. 2220 c.c.); contract/communication data up to 10 years (Art. 2946 c.c.); technical logs typically up to 6 months.
